SEDIA signs MoU entrepreneur training |
|

Kota Kinabalu (Tuesday) – The Sabah Economic Development and Investment Authority (SEDIA) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Institute Skill-Tech in the provision of training local entrepreneurs on agriculture development and other related activities under the Sabah Development Corridor (SDC).
Witnessed by Sabah Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Joseph Pairin Kitingan, the MoU was signed by SEDIA Chief Executive Datuk Dr Mohd Yaakub Johari and Institute Skill-Tech Executive Chairman Nordin Abdul Malek.

According to Nordin, the signing of the MoU is meant to further the development programme of Institute Skill-Tech, which had opened its first local branch in Keningau during 2009. Through the MoU, Institute Skill-Tech will allow for training opportunities for Sabahans, and increase participation of Sabahans in the Sabah Development Corridor.-SDCMedia |
